This is an OEM air filter from Yamaha. Please select from the drop down menu if you have a Drive (2007-2016), or a Drive2 (2017-current) Quietech or Non-Quietech.

OEM air filters are going to give you the best air filtration and seal possible. We have seen issues with aftermarket air filters not sealing well in the air box and allowing dirt to get past the filter. Don't risk ruining your engine just to save a couple bucks buying a cheap filter.

Very tight fit for oem

We sell and use hundreds of these OEM air filters every year and have never had any issues with them. They need to be a tight fit to get a good seal around the air box. These are OEM filters directly from Yamaha, so they are the absolute best filters you can get. It is possible that your air box has distorted over time and can be causing issues for you. But if you feel there is an issue with the air filter, please email us some pictures and we will get you taken care of.
