Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING TIME - Any parts orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (central standard time) Monday - Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day. Orders may ship from multiple locations and you will get a tracking number for each shipment. Apparel orders are "print on demand" and will ship separately within one week of order.

FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping only applies to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Orders over $249.00 ship for free with standard shipping. You can select faster shipping times at checkout for an additional fee. 

INTERNATIONAL - Orders shipping outside the USA may be subject to additional import duties and taxes that are not collected by the seller at the time of purchase. Please check with your country's customs authorities before placing your order for more information. Orders shipping outside the USA (international) should expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Oil and chemicals can not be shipped internationally. No free shipping on any international orders.  

Porch Piracy Policy - The customer is responsible for providing us with an address that is safe from porch piracy. We take no responsibility for products that are stolen from the customer. All thievery is a matter for the police. If we have proof that the package was delivered to your house (proof of delivery picture), but you believe the package was stolen, don't bother contacting us. A stolen package should be reported to your local police. You can also check with your homeowner/renter's insurance policy to see if it covers stolen packages and file a claim with them. You will NOT get any refund or free replacement from us due to a package being stolen. We did our job shipping the package and the carrier did their job delivering it. As soon as that package hits your porch it becomes your reasonability, not ours.
