Wish I had found this sooner. I opted for this upgrade due to great and positive reviews along with it being practical. It was very easy to install and it's a quality build. This will definitely improve the life of the engine.

Debating on whether to install this Heavy Duty Air Filter Kit on your Kawasaki FR Series Engine is a no brainer. It’s 100% well worth the money and shipping was fast! It will eventually pay for itself because you won’t have to buy as many air filters. Honestly, there’s absolutely no reason why it shouldn’t come with this kit from the factory to begin with. The kit will definitely make your engine last longer.
I installed it on my 2023 Gravely ZT HD 60 withi the Kawasaki FR730V engine, within minutes. Very simple to do and only requires a few hand tools. If I can do it, anybody can do it.
Make sure you use Red Loctite on the 2 screws for the mounting bracket so the screws won’t come loose. I also went a step farther and used a hole saw to cut a hole in the original air filter housing cover so it would look better. It’s not required though. I also added the “Filter Minder” gauge that allows you to see when the outer air filter is ready to be changed.

Oh my, I could tell a difference in the engine idle and overall performance. The engine ran smoother and had a more even tone to it. This is the filter to go with on your Kawasaki.

Quick install with the help on the video on the website. After installing this and cleaning my secondary clutch, cart runs much smoother and does noticeably better on hills.

I installed the stage 1 kit on our cart and its performance has been very impressive. The cart is a Yamaha G29 with a back seat kit installed. No more bogs going up steep hills with two adults and two kids. The driven spring back shifts seamlessly and keeps the motor in the peak power zone.
