When will my order ship? - Please see our Shipping Policy page for shipping information.
Do you have these in stock? - We work hard to keep our inventory levels accurate. Any items that are currently out of stock will be marked as such and you will not be able to add out of stock items to your cart.
What kind of warranty do I get? - All our items all come with a 1 year warranty. If you have issues with an item, just contact us right away and we will get you taken care of.
Do you have any discount codes? - Like all other industries, we are fighting higher material and shipping costs and are trying to keep our prices down as long as possible. Due to this, we are not currently offering any discounts to first time buyers.
Will your FR or FS air filter upgrade kits affect my engines' performance? - After installing our air filter upgrade kit you should not notice any difference in how your engine runs or sounds. It should run exactly like it did before, you just get longer run times between air filter cleaning/replacements.
Will you be making an air filter upgrade kit for any engines smaller than the FR651? - At this time we are not planning to make any air filter kits for the smaller FR or FS engines.
Will installing your products affect my machines warranty? - This is a tricky question to answer and a lot of it depends on YOUR dealer. The plain and simple truth is all dealers are different. Some dealers will use any excuse they can to NOT have to file a warranty claim because a dealer really doesn't make any money doing warranty work. It takes more time and paperwork to get paid less. They would rather just bill the customer. But for our products to actually void your warranty, there would have to be proof that our product alone caused the failure. In most cases our products are improving your machine, so unless they are improperly installed or used, they should have no affect on your warranty.
